1. General Terms and Advance Payment Disclosure

By completing a purchase on CaribanaToronto.com, you acknowledge that you are using the Visa Advance Payment Service. You are providing an Advance Payment for services (hotel stay and event tickets) to be rendered at a future date during the Toronto Carnival. All prices are listed in the currency selected at checkout; however, final totals may fluctuate based on international currency rates at the time of processing.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Final Sale: All ticket sales and hotel packages are final.

• No Refunds: There are absolutely no refunds for change of mind, inability to attend, or disorderly conduct resulting in venue ejection.

• Service Non-Provision: In the event that Caribana Toronto or the associated hotel partner is unable to provide the services purchased (e.g., event cancellation or hotel unavailability), a full refund of the Advance Payment will be processed to the original form of payment within 30 days.

• Event Alterations: We reserve the right to alter event details, names, and venues leading up to the carnival. Such changes do not constitute a basis for a refund.

3. Hotel Package Requirements & Group Payments

• Payment Timeline: All hotel packages must be paid in full within 60 days of the initial Group Leader's transaction.

• Failure to Pay: If the final balance is not paid by the 60-day cutoff, the reservation will be cancelled, and all prior payments will be forfeited without refund.

• Group vs. Individual Responsibility: * Group Leader Payment: One person may pay for the entire group ($1800 example). In this case, the payer is the sole "Cardholder" of record for the Advance Payment.

• Portion Payments: If using the group link to pay per person ($450 example), each individual is responsible for their own portion. Prices are subject to increase until an individual's portion is paid in full.

• Security Deposits: All hotels charge a mandatory incidental deposit upon check-in. This is a separate transaction handled by the hotel and is typically returned upon check-out if no damages occur.

4. Confirmation and Delivery of Value

• Immediate Receipt: Upon successful transaction, you will receive an email receipt clearly marked as an Advance Payment, detailing the services purchased.

• Official Itinerary: Your official hotel confirmation number and event itinerary will be emailed to you within 4-5 weeks of your final payment being processed.

• Ticket Fulfillment: Digital or physical vouchers for carnival events will be delivered via email or made available for pickup as specified in your final itinerary.

5. Security and Fraud Prevention

• Verification: We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed suspicious or fraudulent, including the use of stolen cards.

• Law Enforcement: All suspicious transactions will be referred to the Toronto Police Fraud Department and the issuing bank.

• Identification: When picking up tickets or checking into a hotel, the cardholder must provide valid photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase.

6. SMS and Communication

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring messages regarding your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Text "STOP" to cancel or "HELP" for assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability

CaribanaToronto.com and its affiliates are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or losses that may occur prior to, during, or after any event or hotel stay.

1. By opting-in, you agree to receive recurring messages from CaribanaToronto.com.  Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel. 
2. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 236-940-2393. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.
1. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again. (Message frequency varies)
3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to 236-940-2393. After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
4. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
